Flate Rate Shipping Within Canada
For qualifying orders we offer a $5 flat rate within Canada using oversized lettermail. This method does not include tracking or insurance so we can offer no delivery guarantees. Average transit time is between 2-7 business days but may take as long as 45 business days.
Standard US Shipping
Our standard shipping option to the US is Small Packet USA Air. It is the most economical shipping option, however it does not include tracking or insurance. Please upgrade to Tracked Packet - USA if you require tracking.
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout including tracking and faster delivery. Costs will vary depending on your location.
Absolutely! We are not currently shipping to the UK but offer service to most other countries.Buyers are responsible for all taxes and fees required by your countryfor import and delivery.
Returns And Exchanges
We want you to love your goods!
That's why we have a no questions asked, 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
So long as it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging, we will happily call it home.
Every item that leaves our studio is carefully inspected, we cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to faulty craftsmanship or a messed up order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for personalized items, final sales or paper products such as our calendars.

Full grain leather is, in our opinion, the best leather available. It has not been sanded or corrected and the outermost layer of the hide remains intact offering a seriously durable product.
I may have an eye for angles but every item we make will be crafted as close to the listing photo as possible. Each item is photographed in as many natural lighting scenarios as possible to offer a true to life representation of what you will receive.
Since leather is a natural material and can vary greatly, you will find natural marks and dye variations making each item truly unique. Unsure about a color? Grab one of our sample cards to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for.
Your goods will arrive ready to go, but a treatment of leather conditioner every 6-12 months will keep them in top shape.
Oil tanned leathers like the kodiak used for our bags, especially dark colors, can be more susceptible to crocking. We recommend avoiding lighter colored clothing until your item has worn in.
