Hand-forged knives from Josh Skaarup.

Josh Skaarup is a blacksmith living in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Every aspect of the knives are hand made in-house. Blades are forged, ground, polished and sharpened one at a time in his workshop. Wooden handle materials are vacuum stabilized with phenolic resin for a lifetime of durability and resistance to temperature shifts, and finally each knife is custom fitted with a hand-stitched leather sheath from full grain veg-tanned leather.
